Edgar Davids

Edgar Davids is a professional footballer of Netherlands. He was born in Paramaribo, Suriname on Mar. 13, 1973. When he was young, he became a professional footballer for his team. He transferred to Milan after his career starting with Ajax and after winning some titles of domestic and abroad competitions. He was one of the most capped football players for Netherlands in Netherlands football shirt, scoring numerous goals at 74 matches.

After won the La Liga title in 1996, he joined the AC Milan with then competent footballers — Patrick Kluivert and Reiziger. He was at a loss on football fields after joining AC Milan for not suitable for their strategy. At the instant he adapted himself to the playing strategy of AC Milan, he stuck into injury for half a year. After recovery from injury, he returned to the previous status and created splendid achievements of himself, entering his prime playing career. “The pitbull” has achieved great success for his speed, diligence and tenacious character. He is widely regarded as the greatest footballer in Netherlands.
